                              RESOLUTION NO. 21605
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                 SEWER EASEMENT FROM MICHAEL S. DOUGLAS AND
                 JOHNA J. DOUGLAS, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 99C,
                 MISCELLANEOUS SANITARY SEWERS REQUIREMENTS
                 CONTRACT, TRACT NOS. 1 AND 2, FOR A
                 CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED
                 DOLLARS ($1,300.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Michael S. Douglas and Johna J. 

       Douglas, relative to Contract No. 99C, Miscellaneous Sanitary
       Sewers Requirements Contract, Tract Nos. 1 and 2, for a
       consideration of $1,300.00.
